Story Driven Media is a photography, videography, and creative media company specializing in HYROX race coverage and other commercial media services. Our services may include:

• Race-day photography of athletes at HYROX events.
• Race-day videography, including recap reels and raw race footage.
• Editing and delivery of final photos and videos.
• Pre-race coordination and preparation calls.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any engagement will be described in the applicable booking agreement, invoice, proposal, or checkout process.

Calls with Story Driven Media are scheduled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Booking a call through our website schedules a conversation to discuss your coverage needs and does not, by itself, create a purchase or payment obligation.

We do not currently process payments directly through this website.

Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods vary by service and will be disclosed in the applicable proposal, invoice, booking agreement, or checkout process before purchase.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary depending on the service purchased and will be disclosed in the applicable proposal, booking agreement, invoice, or written agreement provided before purchase.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please contact us as soon as possible at info@storydrivenmedia.net. Any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request will be handled according to the terms disclosed for the service you purchased.
